OUR VIRTUAL OFFICE BEST PRACTICES


As providers of physical and virtual workspace solutions, we have an important role to play in protecting the public, our Virtual Office Members and our own Business from being harmed.

We stick by our Best Practices to be good stewards of the Virtual Office Industry and its future.

Handling Mail & Confidential Information at One Bizhub

1. Collection of mails are done daily (Monday – Friday) at 2:30PM SGT.

2. All New Mail Notifications will be sent to you by the end of the day.

3. Your Weekly Account Summaries will be sent every Friday.

4. All your mails & packages are secured within our facility under 24/7 CCTV.

5. All employees will treat all mail and confidential information in accordance with the Terms & Conditions agreed upon Registration as a Virtual Office Member.

6. We treat all confidential information with the same degree of care that we do our own but in no case with less than reasonable care.

7. A copy of Virtual Office Members NRIC/Identification documents will be kept by us.

8. We will verify any business information (Company Name & UEN/Company Registration Number) provided to us through uen.gov.sg.

8. All Virtual Office Members Details & tracking of mails/packages are recorded in our database.

9. We are committed to following the above mentioned best practices and fully support the aversion of fraudulent activity.
