Terms and Conditions

  1. Cheque Management Weekly cheque deposits/mailing on Wednesdays. Urgent request will be available at additional charges.
  2. Expenses Management Managing of physical receipts and scanned records. Detailed expenses will be recorded in Excel Spreadsheet and a monthly summary will be provided to Client. All receipts provided by Client has to be for the current month during registration. Managing of receipts prior to registration date will be available at additional charges.
  3. Documentation Management Documents are organized in a single file. All documents provided by Client has to be for the current month during registration. One Bizhub will provide the first complimentary file, subsequent files will be charged based on per file.
  4. Drive-Thru’ Mail Pick-up Service will be available from Monday – Friday, 3pm to 5pm. Client to notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
  5. Contacts Management Name cards /phone book sorting in categories. Digital information are captured in Excel Spreadsheet. Physical storage will be available upon request at additional charges.
